These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MVLine Training learning platform at training.mvlinecorp.com (the "Portal"), operated by MVLine Realty Corporation ("MVLine", "we", "us") for its employees, brokers, salespersons and the other people it invites. By signing in or otherwise using the Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please tell HR before using the Portal.
1. Who may use the Portal
The Portal is for people MVLine has given an account: employees, accredited brokers and salespersons, and others invited by HR, an administrator or a department coordinator. Your access follows your engagement with MVLine and may be suspended when that engagement ends or changes.
2. Your account
- Keep your profile information accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your password confidential and do not share your login with anyone else.
- Tell HR or the training team promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, is used to harm other learners, or is used to gain unauthorised access to course material.
3. Course assignments
Courses are assigned by MVLine, HR or your department coordinator. Training on the Portal is provided by MVLine at no charge to you unless you are told otherwise in writing before a course starts.
- An enrolment gives one named person access to a course. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.
- MVLine may add, change or remove your course assignments, for example when you move to another department or role.
4. Course content and how you may use it
Course materials — lessons, videos, diagrams, quizzes, assignment briefs and downloadable resources — belong to us or to the instructors and third parties who licensed them to us. They are protected by copyright and related rights.
While your enrolment is active, you may access and use the materials for your own learning. You may not copy, publish, resell, redistribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from them, and you may not record, scrape, or bulk-download them, except where the material is explicitly offered for download or where the law gives you that right regardless of these Terms.
5. Work you submit
You keep ownership of the assignments, answers, notes, questions and other content you submit. By submitting it you give us permission to store, display and process it as needed to run the course — for example so an instructor can mark it, so your classmates can see a question you posted publicly, and so your progress and grades can be recorded.
Do not submit anything unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or infringing, anything containing malware, or anything containing another person's confidential or personal information that you have no right to share. We may remove content that breaches this.
6. Assessment integrity
Quizzes, examinations and assignments are meant to reflect your own work. Sharing answers, submitting someone else's work as your own, using another person's account, or attempting to bypass time limits, attempt limits, or lesson release dates is a breach of these Terms. Where we find a breach we may void an attempt, withhold or revoke a certificate, or close the account.
7. Certificates
Where a course offers a certificate, it is issued once the completion requirements for that course are met. A certificate records that you completed a course on this Portal; it is not an accreditation, licence, or professional qualification unless the course page says so explicitly.
Each certificate carries a verification ID. Anyone holding that ID can check it on our public verification page, which confirms the certificate is genuine and shows the learner name and course. See the Privacy Policy for what that means for your information. We may revoke a certificate that was issued in error or obtained in breach of section 6.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the Portal available and its content current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, and we may add, change, or withdraw courses and features. Where a course is released in stages, the release schedule is shown on the course page and may be adjusted.
9. Third-party content
Some lessons embed video hosted by third parties, and some pages link to external sites. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
10. Liability
The Portal and its course materials are provided for education. They are not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice, and we do not warrant any particular result, employment outcome, or examination score.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Portal. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Suspension and closing your account
You may ask HR to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us. Sections that by their nature should survive — including sections 4, 5, 10 and 13 — continue to apply after your account ends.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Portal develops or the law changes. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Where a change materially affects your rights we will give reasonable notice, for example by email or a notice on the Portal. Continuing to use the Portal after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of the Philippines have jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
We would much rather resolve things directly, so please contact us first and give us a chance to put it right.
