MVLine Training holds your learning records: progress, results and certificates. Here is how that information is protected, backed up and kept available.
Encrypted connections
Every page is served over HTTPS (TLS), so what you type and what you read travel encrypted between your device and the site.
Backups
The database and learners’ submitted work are backed up every night and a copy is kept off the server, so records can be recovered if something goes wrong.
Roles and access
Learners, instructors, department coordinators and administrators each see only what their role needs. Accounts are created by invitation, not open sign-up.
Sign-in protection
Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, repeated failed sign-ins are slowed down, and two-factor authentication is available on every account.
Audit trail
Administrative actions such as creating accounts, changing roles and enrolments are written to an audit log that administrators can review.
Accessibility
Pages are built for keyboard use and screen readers, with labelled form fields, visible focus and a control to pause background video.
